TARGET EXTRA is a powerful, heavy-duty foam cleaner containing caustic and hypochlorite, formulated for use in the food processing industry. It effectively removes food soil, stains, fats, and protein. Suitable for use in high-pressure water and compressed air systems and can be used with hot or cold water in all water hardness levels.

Applications

Suitable for use in animal and poultry housing, abattoirs, poultry and meat processors, and in general food processing applications. Applications include foam application (3-6% v/v at ambient to 60°C through a pressure wash system), manual application (1-2% v/v at 40-50°C), and immersion (1-5% v/v at 50-80°C).
