Evans COMBI Oven Cleaner 5 litre

This high-active, low-foaming detergent is specifically developed for effective cleaning of the interior of combination ovens. It easily removes baked-on grease and food deposits.

Applications

Suitable for use in the food industry. Automatic Cleaning: Dispense into the oven through the integral cleaning system, according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions. The detergent concentration can be adjusted. The typical dilution rate is between 0.5%-2.0%. Manual Cleaning:

1. Select ‘Manual wash’ and press the ‘Start/Stop’ key.
2. Affix an extending trigger spray to the 5 L container.
3. When the display indicates ‘Spray with cleaner’, spray the internal cooking cabinet, including shelves and grids. Allow 10 minutes contact time.
4. Restart the programme and allow the oven to complete the manual wash cycle.
5. Rinse the oven thoroughly.
6. Allow to air dry.
