Evans Alu Safe Tray Wash – 20 litre

Highly efficient, low foaming, aluminium safe detergent. Removes fat, grease & burnt on food debris. Suitable for plastic trays, polycarbonate, glazed pots & caustic sensitive metal surfaces. For use through automatic wash machines & for manual soaking, in all water conditions.

Applications

• For use in automatic machines: Dispense into an automatic machine through an electronic dispenser at a ratio of 2-5 ml per litre, at 55-70°C, or in accordance with the machine manufacturer’s instructions. For tray/crate washing in the Food and Beverage Industry use 0.5-3.0% (5-30 ml per litre) at 55-70°C.
• For manual washing: Dilute upto 1:400 parts hot water depending on soiling and water hardness (25 ml per 10 L / or use a pelican pump 1 x per 10 L C082AEV). Immerse trays and utensils in solution until soiling is loosened. Remove soil by light brushing or scrubbing. Rinse with clean water.
